About AgentConfs
AgentConfs is a directory of upcoming AI, machine learning and agent-engineering events: conferences, summits, workshops, research venues and hackathons. It focuses on what people actually need: dates, CFP deadlines, early-bird windows and travel grants.
How the data is collected
- We find events through open datasets (developers.events, confs.tech, Hugging Face ai-deadlines and ccf-deadlines, all MIT-licensed), the Devpost public API, the Linux Foundation events calendar and public event listings.
- We then check every event on its official website. An event counts as confirmed only when its dates appear on the official page.
- We publish prices, early-bird deadlines, CFPs, travel grants and discount codes only when the official page (or its ticketing page) shows them. Each event page links the source for every field and shows when it was last verified.
- If we can't confirm something, we leave it blank rather than guess.
Dates to be confirmed
Some events have a live official page for the right year but no published dates yet. They're marked Dates to be confirmed, link straight to the organizer's site and are never featured. Each one gets its own page once its dates are confirmed.
What we don't list
We don't list events that are mainly about trading or speculation (including crypto, forex and DeFi), interest-based lending or credit, gambling or betting, alcohol, or adult content, and we don't accept sponsors or partners from those areas.
Featured listings & commissions
Basic listings are free. Paid placements are always labeled Featured. We don't use affiliate or referral links today. If we add them, we'll disclose them on the page where they appear.
