Data Science Summit 2026 in Warsaw: agenda, AI agent talks, tickets and tips
Data Science Summit 2026 (DSS) runs on Thursday 26 November 2026 online and on Friday 27 November 2026 in person at PGE Narodowy in Warsaw, Poland. The organizer, the Academic Partners Foundation, calls it the largest data and AI conference in Central and Eastern Europe, with 200+ talks, 16 tracks and 2,500+ participants. If you build AI agents, the draw is a dedicated onsite AI Agents track, an online LLMs and AI Agents track and hands-on tutorials. Tickets start at 379 PLN for the online day until 13 November; prices step up again on 14 November.

What is Data Science Summit?
DSS grew out of the Data Science Warsaw meetup, started in 2014, and is run by the Academic Partners Foundation, which also organizes The Hack Summit, MS Tech Summit and Warsaw IT Days. It is aimed at data scientists, ML and AI engineers, MLOps and DataOps engineers, analysts and BI specialists, cloud and big data engineers, and data leaders up to CDO and CTO level.
Next to the talks runs the Data Science Expo, with exhibitors and recruiters. Entry is free with registration, 9:30 to 16:30 on both days: online on Thursday, at PGE Narodowy on Friday.
Why go if you build AI agents
Agents get two full tracks. Onsite, AI Agents by Comarch fills one room with 12 sessions on Friday; online, LLMs and AI Agents has 13 sessions on Thursday, plus a Tutorials track. Onsite talks are 35 minutes, and many are followed by an Ask a Speaker session in the networking zone. Of the roughly 220 sessions in the agenda on 30 October, about half are in English.

Two online main stages, the LLMs and AI Agents track and the tutorials. Friday 27 November: PGE Narodowy
Registration opens at 08:00 and the main stage starts at 08:30. Besides the main stage, the onsite tracks include AI Agents by Comarch, Applications of GenAI & NLP by Netflix, Applied Machine Learning, Data Platforms / DataOps / Big Data, Data strategy, governance & compliance by OLX, Business Intelligence, Healthcare, Earth Observation, Cloud, and Computer Vision & Robotics. An executive track, AI Business Transformation by EPAM, is open to Exec and VIP tickets only.
Also in the agents room: Tomasz Magdański (Netflix) on Semantic Analytics of AI Interactions and Piotr Dittwald (Merck KGaA) with a chemical-expert Model Context Protocol (MCP) case study.

- Next price rise: the current pool closes on 13 November at 23:59, and the last pool (prices above) starts on 14 November.
- Students under 24 get 50% off the Basic onsite or Basic Online+ package (private purchases), according to the official FAQ.
- Lunch is included in Standard and Exec; other ticket holders can add it for 249 PLN.
- Groups can buy several tickets at once and hand them out with invitation codes. You get up to 30 days to pay, and registration stays open until the event or until tickets sell out.
How to get there
PGE Narodowy, the national stadium, sits on the east bank of the Vistula, about 12 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport, according to the venue's directions page. The quickest routes are metro line M2 to Stadion Narodowy, SKM or Koleje Mazowieckie trains to Warszawa Stadion, or trams and buses to Rondo Waszyngtona. Poland is in the Schengen area; if you need a visa, apply early.
Tips before you book
- Buy before the last price step. The current price pool closes on 13 November at 23:59.
- Pick the day, not just the package. Online and onsite content is different, and only the two-day packages include everything.
- Check the language tag on each session if you don't speak Polish; about half the agenda is in English.
- Watch last year first. Registered attendees get immediate access to recordings from the previous edition.
- Job hunting? The free Expo pass covers the recruiters' booths on both days.
